More proof that people with a “minority” status are entitled in a way that european americans, can only dream of. It doesn’t bother me though, because we(european americans) deserve it. Afterall, it is the traitors among us who write laws that make european americans, second class citizens. RIGHT?? One example would be the millions of illegal aliens running around in the U.S. They have many more rights than an average citizen. As someone familiar with the full history of this case, I see some readers missing the main point here. It’s not what Villafuerte did in October of 2006 while working for the Ritter for Governor campaign, it’s her lying to the FBI — and by evasion, to the media– about it for the past three years that is now the issue. Like Nixon’s Watergate fiasco, it’s not the crime, it’s the coverup that really stinks.

The script for Bill Richardson’s Sunday press conference, when he announced he was withdrawing from a nomination to be Commerce Secretary, was almost certainly written at The White House. Now Rahm Emanuel et al need to do the same for Villafuerte.

Stephanie Villafuerte thinks that her minority status will enable her to ease into a federal office as her benefactor Barak Obama did–just refuse to answer any questions.

Stephanie Villafuerte needs to be made a public example by cancelling her appointment now and a substitute candidate named.

Punish her by making her wait until the next opening, but IF AND ONLY IF she has fully answered all questions about her malfeasance in this case.

If she committed a crime, she should be tried, convicted, sent to federal prison, and obviously disbarred for life.

The Vorhuis family should go after all her assets to repay the financial burden that she caused them.

Even if she’s ultimately charges, Villafuerte needn’t worry about legal costs–the MALDEF will provide her defense at no cost for her treasonous service to the Mexican government and its anti-American interests.

Stephanie Villafuerte must be the public example that the US isn’t a third-world banana replublic and that minorities aren’t given a free pass for breaking the law to serve their own personal interests.

Why can’t Ms. Villafuerte just tell the truth and say she lied and get on with it – it’s a waste of taxpayers money to keep going thru this – maybe she’s not fit to have the position – if she’s honest and admits her lies, her reputation would be more credible. She’s very pretty and one can see why Ritter loves her. Too bad – I’m sure at one time they were all nice people – politics corrupts.

The website http://www.CoryLegalDefense.com contains a lot of information about the great frame-up of distinguished ICE Agent Cory Voorhis.

So now it appears that Stephanie Villafuerte used a restricted government database for political purposes, which could be a crime?

Hmmm – the plot thickens… and Cory has still been forced out of his job for doing nothing illegal at all.

A full investigation and possible prosecution is certainly not only appropriate but necessary at this time.
