One piece of advice, Mr. Holder: Stay away from hard candy.

Attorney General Eric Holder is scheduled to speak at the Aspen Ideas Festival in Colorado next month, the Aspen Institute announced Monday. The Attorney General was supposed to appear at the festival last year, but had to cancel after he cracked a tooth.

The 2010 iteration of the celebrated weeklong discussion will take place from July 5 through July 11 in Aspen, Colo.

No word yet on what topic Holder will address, but this year’s theme is “Ideas in Action” and speakers are expected to discuss the economy, education, Latin America, race in the U.S. and arts and culture, among other subjects. Thirteen former heads of states, dozens of journalists and several other Obama administration officials plan to attend. Former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor is also expected to make an appearance.
