Nardello & Co. ^[1], the international investigative firm, has announced that it is opening a Miami office, to be headed by former Assistant U.S. Attorney Andrew K. Levi.

Before joining Nardello, Levi worked in the Economic Crimes Section of the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Southern District of Florida. He was a member of the trial team that prosecuted one of the most celebrated cases in the Southern District in recent years, against Eduardo Masferrer, a banker who was found guilty of banking and securities fraud.

The Miami office will serve South Florida and Nardello’s expanding international business in Latin America, the firm said. The firm already has offices in New York, London, Milan and Washington. It specializes in litigation support, corporate fraud investigations and asset tracing.

Earlier in his career, Levi was trial counsel and senior special counsel in the New York Stock Exchange’s Division of Enforcement. Before that, he was an assistant district attorney in Manhattan.  He is a graduate of Cornell University and Brooklyn Law School.
