List of House Members Who Broke Party Ranks on Contempt of Congress Vote

Seventeen Democrats and two Republicans broke party ranks on today’s vote to hold Holder in contempt of Congress over documents related to the Fast and Furious investigation.

The Democrats are:

  • Kathy Hochul (D-N.Y.)
  • Ron Kind (D-Wis.)
  • Larry Kissel (D-N.C.)
  • Jason Altmire (D-Pa.)
  • John Barrow (D-Ga.)
  • Collin Peterson (D-Minn.)
  • Nick Rahal (D-W.Va.)
  • Bill Owens (D-N.Y.)
  • Dan Boren (D-Okla.)
  • Leonard Boswell (D-Iowa)
  • Mike Ross (D-Ark.)
  • Ben Chandler (D-Ky.)
  • Mark Critz (D-Pa.)
  • Joe Donnelly (D-Ind.)
  • Jim Matheson (D-Utah)
  • Mike McIntyre (D-N.C.)
  • Tim Walz (D-Minn.)

The Republicans:

  • Steve LaTourette (R-Ohio)
  • Scott Rigell (R-Va.)
