DOJ Releases List of Recommendations for Guantanamo Detainees

The Justice Department on Monday opened a window on how the government views the 166 remaining inmates at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, releasing a list showing who has been recommended for transfer, prosecution or continued detention without trial. (Read more)
