Key Exemptions Added to U.K. Bribery Act Following Business Lobby’s Push for Delay

A review of draft guidance released in January and obtained by Just Anti-Corruption shows that two major carve-outs to the law’s reach were added to the final guidance released in March following consultation with U.K. businesses.
