Welch to Reintroduce FCPA Debarment Legislation
Rep. Peter Welch (D-Vt.) plans to reintroduce a version of the “Overseas Contractor Reform Act.” The bill would bar any company that violates the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act from doing business with the federal government.
