Former Innospec CEO Pleads Guilty to Additional Charges

Paul Jennings admitted in London today that he’d been part of a conspiracy to corrupt Iraqi public officials. He’d previously pleaded guilty June 11 to other related charges in the long-running probe stemming from the U.N. Oil for Food investigation.
