SANTA ANA, Calif. — Taking into consideration Paul Cosgrove’s cardiac issues, U.S. District Judge James V. Selna on Thursday sentenced the former head of worldwide sales at Control Components Inc. to 13 months of home detention for bribing a foreign official.
