Just Anti-Corruption is a subscription-only legal community focusing on enforcement of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other international anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws and treaties. Just Anti-Corruption is an online property of WDC Media LLC (d/b/a Main Justice and Just Anti-Corruption). The main distribution method is online access to www.justanticorruption.com and other opt-in electronic delivery methods. Membership terms are 365 days from start of subscription for both individuals and firm-wide multi-user licenses.

Copyright violations
In activating a subscription to Just Anti-Corruption, you agree to abide by the copyright laws of the United States and other jurisdictions as well as the terms of your subscription agreement. You acknowledge that it is a violation of the law to copy, paste, reprint, or redistribute any content found on Just Anti-Corruption without the express written agreement of the publisher, WDC Media LLC. You agree not to summarize content on Just Anti-Corruption for use on any blog, client alert, or other publication accessible to the public and/or indexed by Internet search engines, without the express written consent of the publisher.

You understand that you may not share your login and/or password with any other person. Law firm librarians, paralegals, associates or others in support roles, as well as law firm partners, may not distribute Just Anti-Corruption content internally within their firms to anyone not assigned a Just Anti-Corruption login by WDC Media LLC. You acknowledge that a violation of any of the above terms will result in suspension of your account without refund and possible legal action.

If your firm has purchased a firm-wide subscription to Just Anti-Corruption, you may make Just Anti-Corruption content available to any member or employee of your firm, including attorneys, paralegals, support staff and others, through internal distributions methods. Additionally, you may receive up to twenty (20) individual logins for your most frequent users of Just Anti-Corruption. The method of internal distribution must be disclosed to Just Anti-Corruption. If you have not purchased a firm-wide subscription, you understand that you may not share your login and/or password with any other person. Law firm librarians, paralegals, associates or others in support roles, as well as law firm partners, may not distribute Just Anti-Corruption content internally within their firms to anyone not assigned a Just Anti-Corruption login by WDC Media LLC.

No member or employee of your firm may distribute Just Anti-Corruption content to any person not employed by your firm. This agreement does not allow you to display Just Anti-Corruption content on your firm’s public website or in any marketing materials. Separate reprint rights must be purchased for the public display of Just Anti-Corruption content. You acknowledge that a violation of any of the above terms will result in suspension of your account without refund and possible legal action.

You agree not to edit or alter WDC Media LLC content in any way without written permission from WDC Media LLC. If you or your firm secures the permission of WDC Media LLC to redistribute its content, you agree to clearly mark the content with this copyright notice: Copyright © WDC Media LLC. You understand that WDC Media LLC will take legal action against you if you engage in the unauthorized distribution of its content to users not covered by its subscription agreements.

You acknowledge that any legal commentary, video or analysis you may contribute to WDC Media LLC publications becomes the property of WDC Media LLC and may not be redistributed without the express written agreement of WDC Media LLC.

Publication frequency and delivery
Just Anti-Corruption publishes articles electronically when they are completed and does not have a fixed publication schedule. We do not publish for one week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Day, nor we publish on the Friday after the Thanksgiving holiday in the United States. We do not publish on federal U.S. holidays.

The primary delivery method is electronically through our website. We may use other means of distribution including email, fax or the U.S. Postal Service. It is the obligation of the subscriber to ensure that our emails, delivered via a third-party email newsletter service, are cleared for receipt with the subscriber’s internal systems.

WDC Media LLC may, at its sole discretion, transfer ownership of this contract to another publisher at any time. Subscriber agrees to abide by the terms of this contract regardless of the corporate entity that may hold the ownership rights and which fulfills its obligation to continue publishing.
