Former Office of Legal Counsel lawyers John Yoo, Jay Bybee and Steven Bradbury missed a Monday deadline to respond to a draft Office of Professional Responsibility Report reportedly critical of their role authoring legal opinions that sanctioned torture, CNN reports.

But the Justice Department isn’t any closer to saying when it will release the much-anticipated report will be released. It’s been held up for months as the Obama DOJ has sought to give Yoo, Bybee and Bradbury time to respond.
