Digital forensics consulting firm Stroz Friedberg has picked up a former federal prosecutor from the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Central District of California, the firm announced Tuesday.
Jason Gonzalez, a former Assistant U.S. Attorney and the Deputy Chief in the Central District’s General Crimes Unit, will join the firm’s Los Angeles office as managing director.
Gonzalez spent eight years with the U.S. Attorney’s office, prosecuting white collar crime, tax fraud, credit card fraud and money laundering cases.
“Jason’s experience prosecuting cases of aggravated identity theft as well as white collar crime will be a tremendous asset to our clients,” James Aquilina, Executive Managing Director of Stroz Friedberg’s Los Angeles and San Francisco offices, said in a statement.
