Culberson to Lynch: No Sanctuary

Texas. Rep. John Culberson, the Republican chairman of the House Appropriations subcommittee that oversees the Justice Department, warned Attorney General Loretta Lynch that he would limit her budget flexibility if she doesn’t move against “sanctuary cities” that don’t crack down on illegal immigrants, the Washington Times reported.
