EY's DAVID REMNITZ EXPLAINS BIG DATA FORENSIC ANALYSIS: An "arms race" is taking place between corporations and government investigators, says EY's Global and Americas Leader of Forensic Technology and Discovery Services.

 "It would be unconscionable, Mr. Chairman, if we allowed taxpayer money to be given to contractors who have been convicted of such things as bribery." -- Rep. Alan M. Grayson (D-Fla.), who has proposed legislation that would make ineligibility automatic even for companies that have only been charged with a crime.
